 Congratulations on your completion of a three years' TITP in Japan. Japan
differs vastly from Indonesia in a number of areas - culture, climate and
so forth. There is little doubt that you have many vivid memories of Japan
- memories of happy times, sad times, and hard times. We are also sure
that you are setting goals for your life upon your return to Indonesia.
Those who took part before you in this program are playing a vital role
to use the experience they gained in their three years' TITP all over Indonesia,
working in both Japanese- and Indonesian-owned companies, and starting
their own independent companies .
The Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration of Indonesia(MOMT), in cooperation
with the Jakarta Representative Office of IMM Japan, is offering support
for the employment of returned Technical Interns mainly at Japanese-owned
companies in Indonesia by providing assistance in the dispatching and acceptance
of Indonesian Technical Interns to and at companies. |

MOMT holds Group Employment Interviews, mainly involving Japanese-owned
companies in Indonesia, at CEVEST in the north of Jakarta. The interviews
are for newly-returned Technical Interns on the day following their return
from having completed a three years' TITP, and those who have not found
employment within a year of having returned to Indonesia.

 Please bring to the group interview your curriculum vitae, a written passage
(in Japanese) with such titles as "nihon no jisshuu ni tsuite (The
TITP in Japan)," a letter of recommendation from the accepting company
you were at in Japan (if available), and a copy of your Japanese Language
Proficiency Test certificate. Please note that regulations of MOMT dictate
that people who have previously found employment through past group interviews,
or who returned to Indonesia no less than one year prior to the interview
date, are ineligible to participate in group interviews.

IMM Japan has learned that MOMT is planning to hold group interviews in
regional cities as well for Technical Interns who have not found employment
within one year of returning to Indonesia.
