IM Japan stands for the International Manpower Development Organization,
Japan.

Objectives |
|
The association aims to develop people who are able to adapt to the internationalization of small and medium enterprises, as well as the facilitation of exchanges involving technology and technicians. IM Japan aims thereby to develop Japanese small and medium enterprises and contribute to international society.

3-1 |
Training Programs for Foreign Technical interns in Japan |

Under the "Technical Intern Training Program" instituted by the
Government of Japan, IM Japan has accepted many foreign technical interns
selected and sent to Japan by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia,
of the Kingdom of Thailand and of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. |

Programs to Support Overseas Activities by Small
and Medium Enterprises |

As part of its efforts for active support of the internationalization of,
and overseas siting by small and medium enterprises, IM Japan assists in
the employment of returned trainees through programs that are organized
and held by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, of the Kingdom
of Thailand and of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam sends missions abroad
to inspect socioeconomic conditions, and organizes various kinds of seminars.
